Grumixá de Frigânios

Grumixás is a pupal casing made by aquatic insects, such as frigânios or sedge-flies, from varied materials, vegetables and minerals, found in lakes, like some of these freshwater poems, written while the author was translating a lake-forest book (Walden, by Thoreau).

In addition to the unpublished ones, Edições Membrana chose poems from other books by the author for this special edition. Some visual poems were also created, such as Grumixá de Frigânios, influenced by Lewis Carroll.

The book Grumixá de Frigânios was launched in Miolo(s) Fair, 4th edition, at Biblioteca Mario de Andrade, São Paulo, Brazil, November 2017, and at the bookstore Loplop Livros, São Paulo, Brazil, November 18th, 2017.
